Implementation of regulatory framework

Compliance Officer will make sure you have at any time the necessary updates of the regulatory framework in order your company is always in line with the local requirements

Provision of compliance officer

A seasoned Compliance Officer is dedicated to your needs. Compliance Officer is a Member of GACO (Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers).

Full due diligence of clients in accordance with EU

Third Anti Money Laundering Directive:

Compliance Officer will process all the appropriate checks and relevant inquiries using World-Check and other risk intelligence database to make sure each client both existing and new ones fit in with the EU Third Anti Money Laundering Directive

Processing client mandates

In the MIFID Directive, each client must be managed according to an investment profile that determine client’s appetite to risk and level of knowledge on market instruments. Profile must be signed by both the asset manager and client and client’s account will be managed accordingly. Compliance Officer will make sure market orders match with client’s profile and will conduct with the asset manager a quarterly full account review. Each discrepancy will be discussed, analyzed, confirmed or corrected and in any case must be documented in a report available on request for FSC.

Opening bank accounts

Compliance Officer will go through each new bank account and will make sure it is compliant with the regulatory framework and requirements of custodian banks. In case of missing information, she will liaise with the client relationship manager to obtain relevant details before sending the set of documents to the custodian bank for opening the account. A copy of the account opening forms will be filed for your company.

Reporting to and liaising with FSC

Compliance Officer will be the point of entry in your company for communicating with the local regulator (FSC) and for quarterly reporting.

Legal and Tax Advisory

Atomium Services Ltd Legal and Tax Advisor can provide you with advisory on any legal and or tax issues on request. This service will be charged at cost.

Third Party Relationship Management

Compliance Officer will review all agreements between your company and custodian banks to make sure they are conform with the regulatory framework. Despite you and or your client select the custodian bank to work with, we can introduce you to Swiss Private Banker top players in Gibraltar, Paris, Madrid, Luxembourg and Geneva.
